PLACEMENT 

            We commit placement opportunity to 100% candidates and a selection of minimum 75% of the trainees without any compromise in terms of quantity and quality of placement including employer satisfaction in and around the state covering major parts of pan India. Also districts, towns and head quarters will be explored for local employment opportunities. Background integration for captive requirements will be established with leading international, national, regional and local industries for ensuring that the trainees are provided with job opportunities after completion of the training programme.

The overall placement strategy is divided in to three categories:
1.     Placement opportunities for entry level job opening across sectors.
2.     Self Employment / Entrepreneurship for specific programme.
3.     Higher study and carrier building

Support


           Continual and nonstop support shall be provided to the student/trainee until his/her job satisfaction at least a period of one year. In addition to this emphasis shall be given also on employers satisfaction.


Placement and Industry Linkage

 

               The industry interfaces shall facilitate development and growth of candidates at the three levels during the training. The candidate shall experience the industry interface during the training period in his/her respective trade/sector job roles through guest lectures by industry leaders and representatives, industrial visits to probable places of work , on job training, post training and mentoring  and guidance support for trainees.

Employment Opportunities

      For the candidates who have successfully completed their training, PRET would closely work creating the placement linkages;

     ·         Generate Industry mandates from the nearby location for various programs.

·         Information sharing regarding other opportunities available in the industry for employment

·         Maintenance of record of each candidates placement

·         Maintenance of a fair selection procedure on behalf of students/trainees and industry counterparts.

·         Foreign placement linkage.

Post-Training/Employment Opportunities and support

·         Information sharing regarding newer opportunities in their respective trades and market trends.

·         Information sharing regarding further training and skill development opportunities available in the sector.

·         Post placement motivation (retention) through tele calls, what’s app, etc.

·         Obtaining feedback of pain areas and job satisfaction.

·         Facilitation of an alumni network.

·         Facilitation of interaction between alumni and industry experts, investors through refresh courses, alumni meet. 

Foreign Placement

        The trust emphasis on foreign placement with a line with vision of Honorable Prime Minister Sri Narendra Modi to make India the Skill Capital of the world.

          At least top 10% of the trained candidates to be placed in abroad for which foreign linkage has already been established and service agreements made with our placement partners.

         Further more, the Trust is empanelled as a network member of India International Skill Centre (IISC) with NSDC having its 3 three Nos of empanelled India International Skill Centre (S) to provide the trainees foreign placement, Where in at least 30% of trained candidates placed in aboard and the rest placed in pan India.
